One Screen, Three Panels, Limitless Possibilities

Our interface is divided into three panels, the Activity Panel, Communications Panel, and the Extensions Panel.  Each serves a vital function throughout the chat.  

Activity Panel

The Activity Panel displays active chats, recently viewed chats, as well as the Agent’s personal settings, chat history and activity statistics.

Communications Panel

The Communications Panel features a transcript of all text-based messages exchanged between the customer and the agent, as well as any links or profiles shared.

Extensions Panel 

The Extensions Panel offers real-time Browser Preview, a display featuring the web page the visitor is on; the Customer Information provided when initiating the conversation; a Notes field; geo-location displaying the visitor’s location to street level and appended history for repeat customers.
